These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between royal bd and each registered member ("you" or "user") who uses the service. By accessing the royal bd website, creating an account, or taking part in any betting or gaming activity, you agree to all the terms of this Agreement.

1.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register with royal bd you must be 21 years of age or older. Creating or operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. royal bd reserves the right to request proof of age at any time if there is reasonable cause for doubt.

• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may create only one account; operating multiple accounts is not permitted.
• Multiple members of the same household may each use their own account from a single device, but additional verification may be required if the same payment method is used.
• Registering with false information may result in the account being suspended or closed, and any balance may be forfeited.

1.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

royal bd may request a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document at any time if it considers verification necessary. royal bd reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete. This step is taken to protect users and maintain the integrity of the platform.

1.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account or sharing your details with a third party is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

2.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on royal bd is ৳300 (the same for all methods). Currently accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. You must use a payment account registered in your own name when making a deposit. Deposits from accounts held in a third party's name will not be accepted and such transactions may be returned.

• If a deposit fails to process, please contact your payment provider.
• royal bd does not charge any deposit fee, though the payment provider may apply its own charges.
• If evidence of fraudulent transactions is found, royal bd reserves the right to investigate and suspend the account.

2.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used for withdrawals. Funds will be sent to the verified account and returned via the same method used for the deposit.

• Withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals cannot be made while active bonus wagering requirements remain unmet.
• If a withdrawal request is cancelled, the funds will be returned to the account balance.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual withdrawal patterns.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at royal bd receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To claim this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times — meaning you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit the bonus is ৳1,500, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.

A bonus is not free money — it is a conditional benefit. If you withdraw before meeting the bonus requirements, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

3.2 Other Promotions

royal bd offers a weekly deposit reward, slots festival bonus, cricket season special offer, birthday reward, and refer-a-friend bonus every week. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, minimum deposit, and claim deadline. The applicable terms are stated in the description of each offer.

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless this is explicitly permitted.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.
• royal bd reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion.

3.3 VIP Programme

royal bd's VIP programme has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each level provides a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, and 1.2% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated on the total net loss for the week. Advancement to a higher level depends on account activity and engagement with the platform.

4.1 General Gaming Terms

The outcome of all games and betting activity on royal bd is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer system, audited by a third party. If you have a dispute about the outcome of any game or bet, you must notify the support team within 48 hours.

• If a game stops mid-way due to a technical fault, royal bd will settle the round in accordance with its policy.
• A bet amount cannot be changed once it has been confirmed.
• In the event of a software error or display issue, royal bd reserves the right to void any affected result.

4.2 Sports Betting

For bets on cricket, football, and other sports, royal bd's own policy applies in the event of an event being cancelled or rescheduled. Any bet connected to match-fixing or result manipulation will be voided and the account involved will be investigated.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and the relevant account will be closed immediately:

• Placing bets artificially or betting against yourself for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Exploiting any system vulnerability or technical loophole to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

royal bd handles the collection, storage, and use of users' personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By creating an account you also agree to the terms of that policy. Your information will not be sold to or shared with any third party without authorisation.

• All financial information is encrypted using a secure connection (SSL).
• Payment information is handled directly by the payment provider; royal bd does not store card numbers or PINs.
• Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your own account.
• Activating self-exclusion will close the account for a specified period, during which no bonuses will be offered.

All content on the royal bd website — logos, graphics, text, software, and design — is protected under royal bd's intellectual property rights. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without royal bd's written permission.

• Viewing or printing content from the site for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.
• Using royal bd's name or logo for any other purpose is prohibited.
• Game software is the property of third-party developers and the terms of those respective providers also apply.

8.1 Closure by royal bd

royal bd may immediately suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Registering with false information or identity fraud.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent betting activity.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Where required to meet a legal obligation.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request closure of your royal bd account at any time. Any active bonuses or unresolved bets at the time of the request will be cancelled. You may apply to withdraw your own funds (excluding bonuses) remaining in the balance, subject to completion of the verification process.

royal bd strives to maintain the highest standards, but liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by the user's own internet disconnection or device issues.
• Delays in transactions caused by a third-party payment provider.
• Temporary unavailability of the service due to unforeseen technical interruptions.
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from the user's own actions.

royal bd is not directly liable under any circumstances for losses incurred through betting — this is a normal part of gaming risk that the user accepts voluntarily.

10.2 Complaints Process

If you have a dispute regarding a transaction, bonus, or gaming result, you must submit it in writing via live chat or email within 48 hours of the incident. royal bd will review the complaint and issue a decision within a maximum of 14 business days. That decision will be considered final.

royal bd reserves the right to change, add to, or revise these terms and conditions at any time. The date of any change will be shown in the "Last updated" section at the top of this page. For significant changes, notice may be given by email to the registered address or via a notice on the site. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.

If any term of this Agreement is found to be unlawful under applicable law, that specific term will be removed — the remainder of the Agreement will continue in force. Failure to enforce any term of this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of that term.
